Website terms.

The terms that apply when you use productmarketsprint.ai.

Effective 9 July 2026

These terms apply to your use of the Product Market Sprint website. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you apply for or participate in a sprint, additional programme or event terms may also apply and will be provided separately where needed.

About the website

Product Market Sprint connects product builders, small businesses, and sponsors around real business problems and product opportunities. Website content is general information about the programme. It is not legal, financial, technical, or professional advice.

Applications and participation

Submitting an application, opportunity, or enquiry does not guarantee selection, attendance, a match, funding, sponsorship, software delivery, or a commercial outcome. Sprint dates, locations, format, participants, and programme details may change. We will communicate material changes to affected participants where practical.

You are responsible for making sure information you submit is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe another person's rights. Do not submit confidential information unless it is necessary and you are authorised to disclose it.

Programme outcomes

The programme is designed to create concentrated learning, useful software, direct feedback, and credible product opportunities. Production-ready software is the goal, not a guarantee. Any decision to continue a project, enter a commercial relationship, or rely on a sprint outcome is made by the relevant participants.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, scrape personal information, impersonate another person, or use the site for unlawful, misleading, or harmful activity.

Website content and intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, Product Market Sprint owns or licenses the website's branding, copy, graphics, and programme materials. You may view and share links to public pages for personal or ordinary business use. You may not reproduce, sell, or adapt substantial parts of the site or materials without permission.

These website terms do not transfer ownership of work created by sprint participants. Any project-specific intellectual property, confidentiality, or commercial arrangements are separate from these website terms.

Third-party services and links

The site uses or links to third-party services. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or security, although nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Availability and liability

We try to keep the website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will always be complete, current, secure, or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or reliance on its general information.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.

Changes

We may update the website and these terms. The effective date above shows the latest revision. Continued use of the site after an update means the revised terms apply from that date.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Questions can be sent to team@productmarketsprint.ai.
